Nørrebro Bryghus - Bombay Pale Ale

Pours clear copper coloured with a full, rocky, slightly off white and lasting head.
Aroma of pine and citrus, appetizing.
Feel is very full and creamy.
Tastes are great, a solid doughy malt base with hints of berry and honey. A strong hop presence with lots of resiny pine and citrus flavours coming in over the sweet malt.
The finish is mostly a tingly hop bitterness which lasts very well.
This is not a seriously over hopped version but sticks closer to the traditional IPA profile. The hops are a lot more North American style than British style which gives it a different taste from the British IPA's.
I like this a lot. $7.50 a bottle is a bit on the pricey side but it IS a good beer.
