A full, bright white head on a very light amber coloured beer.
The aroma was of green apples, what else?
There is a touch of sourness to the aroma, and a thick, creamy and rich feel in the mouth.
It's taste is largely of green apples with a bit of sugary sweetness.
The finish is quite sweet with a cider like taste while the aftertaste is largely of green apples with a lingering sweetness and a light hop tingle.
This would be a nice beer in the spring, and is quite a nice specialty beer, but may not be what you want for everyday consumption. It certainly is not what I want every day, however will buy this one again when I am in the mood.
