A thick white head which quickly dissipates to a thin cap. A dark copper coloured beer.
The aroma was a sour citrus and the feel was quite creamy.
Taste is a citrus and a bit sour, some grass and flowers come through.
The aftertaste is dry and earthy.
All the flavours are light and pleasant making a clean and crisp blend.
