Nickel Brook - Premium Organic Lager

Pours a slightly cloudy dark amber with a full rocky white head.
Aroma is fairly mild but full of malt.
Feel is quite rich and creamy.
Taste is great, lots of doughy malt base with honey and syrup tastes, then the hops hit. More than usual bittering from the hops make your mouth water. Some apple citrus tastes and a long lasting palate clearing, sparkling finish.
I really like the blend of tastes in here plus the fact that this lager has enough bitter hops to notice, a fairly rare thing in a lager.
A great summertime beer. Bet it would be good with a grilled pork chop.
