Okanagan Spring - Pale Ale

Pours a clear dark copper colour with a generous, creamy, and lasting off white head.
Aroma is subdued, some hints of citrus, hard water, earth and honey.
Feel is full, rich and creamy.
Taste is fairly mild, largely in the English style of pale ales but with North American hops.
A solid and slightly sweet malt base with hints of honey and berries, a light hop bitterness keeps the taste clean and bright with just a touch of grapefruit citrus. Hints of earth and a lingering slightly dry finish round out this beer nicely.
A good solid pale ale and a great session beer.
