Thick, rocky, long lasting, off white head on a dark red/amber beer.
Aroma is sweet with citrus, earth, and honey.
A very crisp, creamy, smooth and rounded feel.
Tastes of sweet citrus and berry, some smooth and gentle honey like tastes come through pleasantly with a bit of earth and dough in the background.
The berry citrus tingle lingers nicely.

All the tastes are very sharp, crisp and clean, this is another great refreshing beer, the sweet honey tastes are gentle but could be enjoyed either on a hot summer day or later in the fall when the sweetness would be appreciated.

Beer Quote of the day

Under the pressure of the cares and sorrows of our mortal condition, men have at all times, and in all countries, called in some physical aid to their moral consolations - wine, beer, opium, brandy, or tobacco.

— Edmund Burke

(Ah! A smoke and a beer. Pure heaven.)
