Pump House Blueberry Ale

Pours an amber colour, quite hazy with a huge thick white head.
The aroma is of citrus, blueberry and a hint of pepper.
Feel is quite rich and creamy.

Taste is quite nice. Definite blueberry flavour but not over the top, the malt and citrus hops come through nicely. Altogether a nice blend of flavours.
There is a distinct biscuity malt sweetness with a nice bit of maple sugar or syrup. The citrus flavour is settled nicely in the background and there is just a hint of a pepper like flavour.

A good light fruit flavoured beer, I understand it is a limited quantity release at the LCBO which is a shame, If you see any pick it up now because it won't last long and who knows when we will see it again.
