Dark brown in color with a thick white head that dissipates quite rapidly.
Malty nose with a hint of caramel.
Sweet start with lots of malt.
Creamy sweet middle and just a slight bitterness at the finish. This begs the question, where are the hops?
It's a pounding type beer. You could drink a lot of these because they do go down smooth, just like most macro brewery brews are supposed too.

Rickards Honey Brown

A medium sized and slightly off-white head on a relatively dark copper coloured beer. Lot's of carbonation bubbles.
A faint hint of honey in the aroma but not much else.
The feel is medium, not too watery and slightly creamy.
The tastes are all very subdued. A faint hint of sweet similar to brown sugar but very faint. Corn flavours and a mild dry finish. That's about it.
Not much here but perhaps slightly more than Canadian. It's one virtue is that it is available almost anywhere in Ontario.

I am furious that you cant get Rickards HOney brown any more, but there's tons O shitty lagers everywhere

Beer Quote of the day

You can do anything with beer that you can do with wine. Beer is great for basting or marinating meat and fish.
