As you approach the front doors of this fine Craft Brewery you shall see the words: "In Heaven there is no beer, so drink one now while you are here." This was also the only caption on the inside of the original caps of the Robert Simpson Beer caps of the company by the same name. Now you never know what you will get when you pop one of their caps. They have a slew of sayings under each cap. We went for a tour of this spotlessly clean brewery in down town Barrie and had a short tasting of their fine products and all we can say is, please find time to visit.
Mike the brewer is a font of knowledge and Kaitlyn and Patty are always there to make sure you have a good visit and give you a small, (tiny) sip of their brew. Remember never drink and drive!
