Sleeman Bock

Pours a rusty red color with a long lasting tan head.
Sweet malt and toffee with a hint of citrus in the aroma.
Very full, creamy mouth feel.
Quite a complex Bock. Roasted malt sweetness, caramel and a hint of citrus to start going straight to a drying hop finish that needs another sip, and another.
This is a very nice Bock.
*We had this with home made beef stew and it was great. I recommend this beer to go with any beef dish.*
