Southern Tier - Crème brûlée Imperial Stout

Pours a very dark red/brown colour Can't see through it at all. The head is fairly dark tan coloured, medium sized and lasting.
Aroma is all milk chocolate and caramel. Like toffee.
Feel is very rich, very creamy.
What a great dessert beer. The tastes are mostly chocolate with a touch of bright berry flavour. A Caramel taste is quite noticeable, along with some vanilla, butterscotch maybe. The richness of this beer is wonderful, Hints of coffee in the base and a cleanness which just begs for more. There is the faintest hint of an earthy bitterness in the finish which just ads another dimension to this one. It's only available for a limited time and I am planning on stocking up on it.
Going to bring a few to my families Christmas get together, I have a feeling that even those who don't like beer might enjoy one of these.
Creamy milk chocolate makes a great dessert and I think I will save one for after dinner. A touch warmer than refrigerator temperature is good with this beer, mine sat for 1/2 hour or so at room temperature before I tried it. It was worth the wait.
