St. Ambroise Vintage Ale 2010

Pours a cloudy garnet with a thick tan head and lots of lace on the glass.
Wonderful aroma. Berries and soft fruit. Posibly peach or apricot, maybe both.
Full rich and creamy mouth feel.
This is all about the alcohol. Sweet tasting with some berry and fruit in there somewhere but the abv gets in the way. Still and all I find it quite easy to drink and fairly refreshing so I will stop at one or I may do myself some harm.

Beer Quote of the day

But if at church they give some ale And a pleasant fire for our souls to regale. We'd sing and we'd pray all the live long day. Nor ever once from the church to stray.

— Old New England proverb

(Sing along folks: Give me that old time religion!)
