BEER is GOOD!
About Bruce Ticknor
Stella Artois
Stella Artois
Looks like your standard mainstream lager. A clear light yellow colour with a thin to no head. It seems to be white when you can find it at all.
The aroma is lightly hopped and with a sweet malt scent.
Feel is quite thin and somewhat watery.
Taste is corn sugar with some light flowery hops. A bit dry in the finish and with a fairly nasty bitter corn aftertaste.
This beer is certainly not worth all the advertising hype. What I can't, for the life of me, figure out is why some people rave about this stuff. It's just more mainstream crap.
Guess it just goes to show that (as P.T.Barnum said) there's one born every minute.

Stella Artois
Light amber with a medium thick head.
No aroma to speak of.
Very slight creaminess in the mouth feel.
Slight citrus taste but very watery with almost no flavor.
Brewed for those who don't like the taste of beer but think that a premium price means it's good.
Not worth the money.
