Thwaites Lancaster Bomber

Wow! This is good beer. Easy drinking. I could pound a few of these for sure. Thanks for sharing Dev.
It sure beats the heck out of my usual Lucky.

Pours a dark copper color with a thin head that was gone very quickly.
No aroma at all.
Watery mouth feel.
Slight citrus and spice flavor.
A huge disappointment. I got fooled by a name again.

Got this in the fridge. Haven't tried it yet. I was hoping for a good one but I guess I am out of luck.

Pours a glorious red with a thin quickly dissipating head.
That's all the good I can say about this crap.
Zero aroma.
Zero taste.
Don't share any more of your fancy named brews with me devoid.

It's a shame. I had high hopes for this beer but it really has nothing going for it at all. Does LOOK good though.

Pours a dark red/brown colour with a medium rocky slightly off-white head.
Aroma is sweet malt and earth with a light sour smell.
Feel is only medium, not too watery but not as full as the colour leads you to expect.
The tastes are mostly sweet with a few roasted malts and a strong sour earthiness. Some honey and brown sugar flavours along with some hay and biscuit.
There is only a very faint herbal hops presence in the beer, it could use some more.
The sour flavour is what predominates in this brew and I am not overly impressed with it.
Not bad but definitely not my style.
