Head is pure white on a golden brew, but dissipates very quickly.
Aroma is almost non-existent except for a slight citrus aroma.
Citrus, berries and flower taste. Nicely carbonated. There is an underlying taste of sour dough bread that is very pleasant. It went from a sweet start to a nice citrus like bitterness that I find quite appealing. It's a good one.
We are strong supporters of Ontario Craft Brewers. Ask for them at your local LCBO in Ontario or better yet, visit one or all of their breweries. You will be glad you did.

A light Head which quickly disipates.
A full, sparkling, citrus and flower tastes.
A full sweetness at the back of the mouth, and a bright tingle at the front.
Very refreshing with a mild sweet start, quickly followed bu the sparkly, mildly bitter citrus finish.
There is a very subdued biscuity malt taste well below the sparkle. It gives a full roundness to the overall taste.
I will buy this one again often.
