Trafalgar Brewing - Cherry Ale

Pours a pinkish red color with almost no head to speak of.
Smells a little on the skunky side. This is not good.
Taste is rich and creamy and thats all folks.
Sour cherry taste which is almost totally hidden by the skunky flavor. I live in the Niagara area only 40 miles from Oakville where this is brewed so I am going to Oakville to pick up a couple of these to see if the LCBO somehow messed up this brew in transit. I'll get back to you on this.

John you area brave man. I

John you area brave man. I have given up on Trafalgar.....to inconsistent for me

Brave...not!

Every once in a while Trafalgar comes up with something good. I just keep on trying and hoping.

Trafalgar Brewing - Cherry Ale

Pours a light orange/pink colour with a thin, shortlived, rocky. slightly pink head.
Aroma is faint, some old hay and a very faint fruit note.
Feel is medium creamy.
Taste is muted to say the least, some light cherry notes blended with old hay and dried grass. Some dough and very light citrus with a mouth drying bitter finish.
Can't say much about this one except that is a bit better than mainstream. They might as well leave out the cherry for all the difference it makes.
