Malty, aromatic beers. Belgian ales rank high on my list.

Trafalgar - Hop Nouveau 2009
Pours an off orange color with a thin head but lots of lace on the glass.
Aroma is earth, dough, some sweetness and a hint of citrus.
Medium mouth feel leaning toward creaminess. Pleasant.
The hop citrus is certainly in your face but in a pleasant way. It has a very nice drying finish that makes you take another sip. This is meant for a nice warm summer day to be at it's best.

Trafalgar - Hop Nouveau 2009
Pours a cloudy amber with hints of orange. Head is thin white and short lived.
Aroma is faint, some grapefruit and orange with some brown sugar.
Feel is medium thick and creamy, nice.
Taste is mostly grapefruit and orange citrus off the top, there is a brown sugar base with a hint of bread dough. Some tangerine or weak orange blends in, much like a pink grapefruit with brown sugar.
Not bad but nothing outstanding.
I like that Trafalgar puts out so many different beers but I wish that they would spend their time making a few of their beers really outstanding. They seem to have some good ideas but they never seem to develop them to their full potential and they don't keep things consistent enough.
They are worth experimenting with but I can't think of any that I would constantly go back to.
