Unibroue - Blanche de Chambly
Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a huge thick bright white head.
It smells of cloves and bubblegum.
The taste is great, a touch of sour bitterness with flavours of cloves and bubblegum. It blends together and makes a very refreshing beer, not an overwhelming taste but a bright sparkling flavour.
This is a really good tasting beer, I intend to buy more of these and I really like the champaign corked bottle. Makes it seem really elegant somehow.

Blanche de Chambly
Cloudy amber with a lasting white head.
Citrus aroma with a hint of berry.
Lemon, coriander start with a complex middle. The finish is creamy with berry and vanilla flavors and a citrus tingle on the tip of the tongue.
Excellent white beer. I need more of these.

Blanche de Chambly
A full thick, smooth, and creamy bright white head on a cloudy light amber coloured beer.
The aroma is light citrus, a bit of spiciness, with hints of banana and vanilla, there are whispers of raisins and dates. I couldn't wait to take a mouthful.
The taste is very complex, The first tastes are coriander, vanilla and banana with subtle hints of raisin, date and berry. A nice citrus finish added on top of the previous tastes, it does not overwhelm them, simply compliments the whole experience.
The finish was nicely sparkling with a touch of bitterness, aftertastes of raisin, berry, vanilla, and a light citrus sourness.
A wonderful beer. I will buy this again often and enjoy it with any lightly flavoured and spiced meal.
Unibroue has not let me down yet. Every one of their beers are excellent.
