Unibroue - Raftman
Pours, cloudy, dark copper colour with a coarse and quickly dissipating off-white head.
Aroma is faint, some dark berries, earth, and citrus.
Feel is nice and full, bright sparkle and a bit creamy.
Taste has a bright sour overtone With raisins, apples, cherries and pears. some honey and grass in the background and a touch of black pepper and smoke in the finish. This is not nearly as heavy as their "La Fin Du Monde" or "Maudite" and is much more a session beer than most of Unibroue's line.
The flavours are all full and the blend is great, I could sip at these all afternoon and be quite content.
