BEER is GOOD!

Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier
A thick white and lasting head on a very cloudy pale yellow beer.
The aroma is quite strongly of cloves and vanilla.
Taste is also strongly of vanilla with a lighter suggestion of cloves. A slightly watery, almost milky taste with a bit of sour from somewhere. The beer has a very light bitter touch.
All in all it is a fairly delicately blended beer, nice tastes but it would easily be overpowered by many foods. Still and all, a good wheat beer for the summer.

Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier
A very cloudy pale yellow colour with a huge white head. I had to stop pouring several times to get a glass full. It shrinks to a thin cover with a lot of clumps in it.
It smells a bit like bread dough with a wee bit of a lemon rind aroma.
When you take a sip it fills your mouth, very full feeling, almost want to chew it.
The taste is full of flavours, I found some bread dough and a touch of citrus to match the aroma but there was also some fresh cut grass and some kind of spice. Maybe cloves but not quite. Even a touch of watermelon or something similar.
It was wonderfully refreshing today. I really enjoyed it.

Pale orange cloudy color with a thick clumpy head.
Cloves and banana make up most of the aroma with a bit of dough lingering in the background.
Medium mouth feel.
Orange citrus and banana make up most of the flavors of this baby with hints of spice.
This is very good.
