"Wellington Brewery has brewed its fine ales and lagers since 1985. The brewery sits on two acres of land in the north west end of Guelph, Ontario, and also houses the Iron Duke House, a hospitality and function room. An interesting architectural detail of the brewery is its distinctive conical rooftop which is a replica of a traditional oast house ? a building specially constructed for drying and packing hops. Hops are a key ingredient to Wellington?s select recipes."
