Yankee Jim Ice Honey

Dark copper color with a quickly dissipating head.
Slight aroma of citrus and a very faint hint of honey.
Mouth feel is thin with a great deal of carbonation.
Very hoppy with a cloying sweetness and of course the Big Hole Brewing Companies trade mark..citrus. It gets better as it warms with some nice berry and honey coming out but still that underlying citrus. Finishes with a cloying creaminess with, what else, the citrus. This is one step above main stream garbage and to be quit frank I could drink a raft of these but I would rather not. I think I would hurt in the morning because of all the carbonation.

Ho Hum,

Just another mainstream. Cheaper than some but no real flavour.

Beer Quote of the day

In my opinion, most of the great men of the past were only there for the beer - the wealth, prestige and grandeur that went with the power.

— A. J. P. Taylor

(Drink enough beer and you think you have wealth, prestige and grandeur. Mostly the grandeur, or delusions there of!)
