BEER is GOOD!

Trafalgar Brewing Cedar Cream Ale
Trafalgar Brewing Cedar Cream Ale
A thin and short lived white head on a moderately dark amber coloured beer.
The aroma is quite malty and sweet with honey and hints of what might be cedar wood.
The feel is nice, thick, and creamy. No watery or high carbonation feels.
Taste is quite pleasant off the top. A solid honey like malt base with a nice grassy and citrus sparkle to it. There is a very light woodsey middle to this beer which just might be cedar like.
The sweet malty tastes predominate in this one, like a good ale. I really like the creamy smooth feel of it and the bright hop finish is just enough to refresh without trying to take over the whole taste profile.
I think I will be buying this one again.

Trafalgar Brewing Cedar Cream Ale
A dark amber beer with no head to speak of, just a thin line of white around the inside of the glass.
The aroma is sweet with berries and citrus as well as a touch of honey.
Mouth feel is quite creamy with no carbonation tingle. The creaminess lasts and lasts.
First taste is a bitter hoppy and citrus tingle that quickly becomes sweet with a definite citrus aftertaste on the back of the tongue. This beer finishes crisp and clean with the creaminess always there as well as a citrus bite that is great.
This is very good. I wish I had more.
