Eisbocks are rare in Canada, They are made by freezing the beer and skimming off the ice, this is technically 'distillation' and is illegal in Ontario so don't expect to find any soon in these parts.

Pours a hazy peach color with a thick quickly disappating head. Lots of lace clings to the glass.

Pours a cloudy dark copper with a thin (almost non-existent) head.
Faint aroma, sour berries maybe, hints of earth and honey.
Feel is nice and creamy.
